How to set up targets for organisations as a group admin
Users who have been set up as a group administrators to oversee various organisations can update the targets (budgets) for the initiatives that their organisations are linked to. The setting of targets is necessary to track the performance of the projects against set goals
Users need to ensure that they have group administration rights that are linked to the organisations custom fields and that the organisations are linked to the initiative
How to set up organisation targets as a group administrator
To set up targets for your organisations, follow these steps:
Within the Susurate feature go to the "My Organisations" page. Take note that "organisations" could be named differently on your portal to match the program you are implementing
All your organisations will listed for you to select which one you would like to update the targets for.
To update the targets, click on the number on the outstanding targets column linked to the project you would like to update the targets for and enter the target. Do no forget to save your work when you are done by clicking submit
Your targets will be saved and the data collected for the reports will automatically be matched to the targets to show performance against the set targets
