Susurate: Detailed Demographic Automated Dashboards

Modified on Tue, 09 May 2023 at 08:51 AM

Sessions are tasks/ events that are linked to your program which have attendance and are reported on by the facilitator. Sessions can be named differently on your portal depending on the type of program being run e.g. training session, events etc

How it Works

Once you have created the initiative and your stakeholders have reported on attendance, you can create a graph visualizing  the reported data from Susurate.

To get started you will need

  • log on as a super administrator
  • Click "Susurate"
  • Select the correct initiative from the dashboard provided
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page, under visualisation type select "Session Attendance over Time"

From here you are able to select the statistic you would like to see. The current options are

  • Number of unique attendees
  • Total number of attendees which could include duplicates
  • Average number of attendees
  • Total hours attended
  • Average number of hours attended

Select the date grouping you would like to see the data for, the current options being

  • The initiative reporting period
  • Day
  • Week
  • Month
  • Quarter
  • Year

Choose your chart type and other report preferences and click the green 'Confirm' button.

Once the above task are done, the graph can be saved by adding it to a dashboard which currently exists or by creating a new one. Ensure you select the visibility of the graph before confirming that the graph is created.
