Setting Up Due Diligence Forms

Objectives:

  • Learn how to set up your Due Diligence/Validation Forms

  • Login as a Super Admin user
  • Click on "Due Diligence" from the left hand side navigation panel (This button might be named differently depending on the programs running on your portal) 


  • Scroll down the page and click on  "Create" button


  • You will be redirected to a page to create your form.


There are several rules that you can set up to ensure the form can be accessed and filled in by the right stakeholders and to avoid any confusion.

Once you have set your validation rules you can move on to building your form using the different field types available which are 

  • Header for your titles
  • Text input
  • Number input
  • Yes/No button
  • Drop down lists
  • Checklists
  • File uploads



Once you select the type of field type you would like to use, input the information in the text box provided. You can also make the field required meaning the form will not submit unless that particular field is filled in.

Do not forget to click "Submit" once you are done creating your form to save it and then it will be ready for your stakeholders to fill in
