After your validations/due diligence forms have been created you will need to alert your users on the forms that they need to complete. 


You can do this by creating a wizard with steps that they need to take. Click on this link to learn more about how to set up a wizard for your portal. 


You can also send the user a direct link to your users for the form you need them to complete by following these steps.


  • Search for the organisation from the organisations dashboard page

  • From the organisation's dashboard click "Submit Now" on your extreme right hand side of the page


  • Find the form that the organisation needs to complete from the list of forms and click "Submit"


  • Copy the URL and this is the link you will send to the user. The user will have a view of the form when they click on the link like the image below
