How to Toggle Virtual Addresses On and Off
To start, click [Settings] in the left-hand sidebar from your homepage.
Go to [Country and Maps Preferences] under the Usage and Account section
Then,
- To allow Virtual Addresses for opportunities, click Allow Virtual Address (or its button)
- Hit Save
Using the Feature
When adding an opportunity/activity, users can select to add a virtual address for the participants to attend the opportunity/activity by clicking {Virtual Address} on the opportunity form
Users can include the video call link or material to be shared for accepted users only. Private notice can also be added for accepted applicants only.
When accepted users click on the link provided they will get a notification that they are leaving the portal to another link. To join the meeting, users will need to click {Continue}
