Objective:

  • Learn about the Upcoming Activities insights report
  • Learn how to access and pull the report

As a super administrator you can pull an Upcoming activities report to keep track of upcoming activities in relation to your program. This data will help you access whether your program is on track and for planning purposes.

What is an Activity

Activities are defined mostly by the program that is being implemented using the portal. As a super administrator you can change the name to resonate with your organisations program on the portal. The chosen name will then appear as part of the insight report.

Some examples of activities include:

  • Meal requests
  • Grants
  • Sessions
  • Check-in's
  • Events

How to set up the name of your activities report

  • Log into your platform as a super administrator
