As a super administrator, part of you responsibility includes identifying and removing organisations that are no longer active on your portal and in your program. 


Objectives:

  • Learn how to mark an organisation as inactive
  • Understand what happens when an organisation is inactive

How to Use the Feature




  • Login as a Super Administrator
  • Click on Organisations
  • Search for the organisation you wish mark as Inactivate
  • Click on the organisation to view the full profile
  • Scroll down to the bottom right hand side of the screen, you will see three boxes namely "Add opportunity", "Mark inactive" and "Subscribe"
  • Click on "Mark inactive" - the button will change from Red to Green

Once all these steps are completed, a lightly shaded red box will appear at the top right of your screen saying "Inactive"




What happens when an organisation is Inactive 


Organisations that have been marked as inactive will not appear in any search by users of your portal. These organisations will not appear in any reports pulled and no one will be able to add an activity or complete a validation on them. 


Reactivating Inactive Organisations

  • Login as a Super Administrator
  • Click on Organisations
  • Search for the organisation you wish mark as Active
  • Click on the organisation to view the full profile
  • Scroll down to the bottom right hand side of the screen, you will see three boxes namely "Add opportunity", "Mark Active" and "Subscribe"
  • Click on "Mark inactive" - the button will change from Green to Red
