As a super administrator, you can choose to collect and show certain personal information from a user's profile.

What are the types of personal data you can collect and show on a user's profile?


The personal fields that can be shown or removed are:

  1. National ID/Passport
  2. Race
  3. Age
  4. Gender
  5. Nationality
  6. Initials


Note: Make sure you are complying with the Protection of Personal Information act (PoPI).


How to set up the collection of personal data on a user's profile?


To start, click [Settings] on the left-hand sidebar.



Under Usage and Account, click [User Profiles].



Then,

  1. Click the slider to change the setting to YES beside the line Show personal fields on user's profile to collect and how personal data on a user's profile
  2. Hit Save


Note: Changing the slider back to NO would result to the removal of collection and display of personal data on a user's profile.
