The "Invite Targeted Users" feature allows you to select potential applicants using automated algorithms and calculations. This feature enables you to invite participants from your organisation's community who best fit your requirements and are most likely to show up for the opportunity.
Note: Ensure all users are tagged correctly to maximize accuracy.
However, to make use of this feature, a super administrator must first switch this feature on from the setup panel.
How to set up targeted invitations?
To start, access the Setup Panel by clicking [Settings] at the left-hand sidebar.
Under the Usage and Account tab, select [Targeted invitations].
To enable targeted invitations for organisation community members, click the slider to YES.
To change the maximum number of volunteers to invite, change the value on the box provided.
Note: The minimum value is 1 and the maximum is 200.
You can also select the limit to community members with tag. Click on the drop-down menu and select the desired limit.
Click Save once you are satisfied with the changes.
