Introduction


The RSVP Comment Feature allows you to know your volunteers by asking them questions when they apply for an opportunity under your organisation. You can think of this feature as a chance to conduct a pre-volunteer interview to screen your volunteers better.


However, platform administrators must first enable this feature on the Setup Panel.


How to enable the RSVP Comment Feature?


To activate this feature, go to the Setup Panel by clicking [Settings] at the left-hand sidebar.



Once there, click the "Approval and Moderation" tab under "Usage and Account".



To enable the feature, click the slider under RSVP Comment to YES.



Add your questions or messages on the form provided. What you add here will reflect on the volunteer's screen after clicking the [Count me in] box.

Note: Answers are emailed to the relevant administrators to take the necessary actions.


Once you are satisfied with your message, click "Save".
