Setting Up Your Custom Types of Activities

Introduction
When you add an opportunity, one of the required forms you have to fill out is the "Type of Activity". Type of activity creates a category for opportunities both when posting and reporting.
As a super administrator, you can edit, categorise, sort, arrange, and hide activities for your platform's users convention. If you like, you can even change the title of the input and the name of category throughout the portal.
All changes can be done only from the Settings Panel.
How to Setup Types of Activities
First, head over to the Setup Panel by clicking [Settings] at the left-hand sidebar.
Scroll down to System Settings and choose "Types of Activity".
To change the title of the input, click the edit icon on the right side of the current title of the fill-out form.
Aside from the edit icon, you can find three different icons here:
- Add Icon
- Add an item under it
- Arrow Icons
- Right arrow demotes level
- Upward arrow moves before previous
- Downward arrow moves after next
- Close Icon
- Disable item
Once you're done making changes, click "Save". All changes reflect on this pages:
- Add Opportunity page
- Reports on Insights with the Activity Type filter
