How to Reset Your Password?
In case you forgot your password, you can always reset it using the steps below.
- Go to the login page
- Click the [I forgot my password] box
- Enter your email address
- Hit Reset Password
Note: The email address should be the same one you used to create your account.
After submitting your email address, you will receive an email.
Note: If you used a social media account to sign in, enter the same email address you have in your social media account.
Click the [Reset password] box to continue.
Note: Some platforms label recovery emails as spam. Check your spam inbox.
If you have previously created an account and you found yourself logging in to a new (and blank) account, it's possible that you have unknowingly made multiple accounts.
This usually happens when you register with an email address, then later on mistakenly registered using either a different email address or a social media account with a different email address.
If you encounter such a problem,
- Either email your platform administrator
- Or create a ticket here
If you're not sure what to indicate in the ticket, just follow this script:
Hi, I am [your name], I am trying to log in on [platform or company name]. However, I think I have an account already. Can you please search for me? My complete name is [FirstName LastName] and my email address is [your email address]. Thank you!
