SuperAdmin Controls
Super admins can set tolerance levels for overdue reports and due diligence submissions.
You can specify the number of days a submission can be overdue before the system automatically marks the stakeholder profile as inactive.
Automatic Suspension, or Mark as Inactive
Once a profile is marked as inactive, the stakeholder will no longer be able to perform any actions on the portal.
This automatic inactivation helps maintain the integrity and compliance of your data without manual intervention.
Email Alerts
Stakeholders receive multiple email alerts to notify them of upcoming deadlines and overdue submissions.

Step-by-Step Guide to Using the Deadlines Feature
Accessing the Deadlines Feature
- Log in to the portal with your SuperAdmin credentials
- Navigate to the Organisations > Setting > Deadlines
Setting Tolerance Levels
- Adjust the tolerance levels for overdue submissions by specifying the number of days allowed before automatic inactivation.
- Save the settings to apply the changes.
Monitoring Deadlines
For each Stakeholder profile, you will see the reporting deadlines and due diligence submission expiry dates for all connected reporting requirements. The live update and countdown timer will be displayed next to each profile, indicating the time remaining until or the days past the deadline.
Automated Suspension, makes the organisation profile inaccessible
Once the threshold is reached the stakeholder profile is automatically marked as inactive the user will no longer be able to perform any actions on the portal. The stakeholder will receive email notifications about their inactive status and instructions on how to reactivate their profile.
